Salsa, salsa
I just made this delicious salsa last week and it's way better than store-bought. The recipe comes from a woman we knew in Houston who was one of the kindest people I knew and her family was amazingly supportive and giving. Thinking of this, I gave away one of the jars to a friend. While very tasty right after you make it, this stuff gets better after a couple of days.
Meg's Fresh Salsa
2 cans tomatoes
2 jalapenos, seeded
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp of fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until desired consistency is reached.
